Conditions and Controls for Joining as a Trainer:

Qualifications
  • The applicant must have an appropriate academic qualification in the training field or specialization.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
  • Or documented professional experience supported by accredited specialized certificates.
Work Experience
  • Practical experience of no less than 5 years in the field of specialization.
  • Previous experience in training, public speaking, or conducting workshops is an added advantage.
Specialization & Capabilities
  • Clearly defined training field or specialization.
  • Provide a list of programs or courses you are capable of delivering.
  • Possess skills in presentation, explanation, discussion management, and interaction with trainees.

  • Or outside Bosnia and Herzegovina (specifying the country and city)
  • Specifying cities does not imply a commitment to providing permanent courses in those locations, but is used for planning and organizational purposes only.
Trainer Commitments
  • Commitment to the approved training content and course schedule.
  • Adherence to agreed-upon dates and training hours.
  • Adherence to professional conduct and training ethics.
  • Respect for intellectual property rights and not using or publishing any materials without permission.
  • Cooperation in evaluation and providing required notes and reports.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of information and data of trainees and beneficiaries.
  • Commitment not to disclose any information to any external party.
  • Not filming trainees without obtaining their explicit consent.
  • It is preferred that the applicant attaches training programs and courses in the languages they choose to provide training in, to ensure clarity of training content and its compatibility with their language skills.

The applicant undertakes not to disclose any internal, organizational, or training information belonging to the entity or its clients, except with express written consent.
