  1. Booking Eligibility: Hotel accommodation arrangements are directly linked to official registration and nomination in Mostar Institute training programs. The Institute acts solely as a coordinator to facilitate the booking process.
  2. Responsibility & Cancellations: We confirm the hotel booking based on the approved course dates. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or no-show after the booking is confirmed, all resulting cancellation fees and costs will be borne entirely by the nominating entity (sponsor/company).
  3. Personal Expenses: The trainee is personally responsible for all personal and incidental expenses incurred at the hotel (e.g., room service, mini-bar, laundry, or damages) and must settle these directly with the hotel management upon check-out.
  4. Modifications: Requests to modify booking dates, extend the stay, or upgrade room types are subject to hotel availability and policies. Any price differences or additional fees will be borne by the requesting party.
  5. Accompanying Persons: Any additional costs arising from accompanying family members or companions are the sole responsibility of the trainee.
